My work with conscious breathing began after experiencing burnout, panic attacks, and nervous system dysregulation firsthand.
Originally trained as a publicist, I changed my path and studied breathwork in Australia, focusing on the science of breathing and emotional regulation. Becoming a mother deepened my commitment to this work.
Through Catch Your Breath, I help individuals and organizations regulate stress, restore balance, and learn to breathe in a way that truly supports life.
